Tommie Lee Conley

Mr. Tommie Lee Conley, age 71, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016.Tommie attended and graduated from Parrish High School in Copiah County, Mississippi.Tommie married his lifelong love and friend, Vivian Ann Sims in 1967. Once married they relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana where they began to build a life together. Tommie worked various jobs over the years. However, he was most known for his work as a Tile Setter.Tommie was a kind and helpful person who would help anyone in need. He took abundant joy in spending time with his friends and family. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him best.He leaves to cherish his memories: children, Cecil and James Conley, Lisa Trimble (John), Kirby Jones and Donna Christmas; one granddaughter, one grandson and one great-grandson, brothers, George Conley, Ricky Banks, Lamont DeMoss, O'Neal Banks (Gayle) and Jerry Banks; one sister, Elouise Macintosh (Ron); other family members and friends, and special friend, Carrie Bowman,.Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11th from 11am until service time of 1pm at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals, 5811 E 38th St. Interment will be in Sutherland Park Cemetery..
