Thomas Jermaine 'Bubby' Allen

Mr. Thomas Jermaine Allen 'Bubby', age 44, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016.Thomas was born in Detroit, Michigan to James and Jessie Allen. He was the youngest of two to this union. Upon the passing of his mother, Thomas was raised by his grandparents John and Catherine Fry in Indianapolis, Indiana. 'Bubby' attended Indianapolis Public Schools and graduated from Thomas Carr Howe High School. His talents were undeniable on the court and after graduation was awarded a basketball scholarship to play for IUPUI. He was employed by the Sysco Foods, Indianapolis Star & News and Parr Lance Medical Transportation Services. He later accomplished his dream by venturing in several enterprises. Bubby enjoyed entertaining family and friends to show of his culinary skills.Thomas never met a stranger and made an unforgettable impression on every person that he encountered. His greatest achievement in life was being an active, loving father to his adored son, Kellen.Although he will be greatly missed, his life will continue to be celebrated by his son; Kellen A. Davis, siblings; Renee', Toi, Precious, Lionel 'Lonnie', and Debra Allen. Cherished nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many dear friends.Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Friday, April 22nd from 2pm until 4pm at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals 5811 E. 38th Street. Funeral service will follow at 4pm.
