Sherry Lynn Stingley

SHERRY LYNN STINGLEY was born October 10, 1972 to Deborah Whitelow and Jerry Lee, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sherry attended Northwest High School, where she received her high school diploma in 1992. She and her family moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1999 and from there she and Versean laughed their way into marital bliss March of 2002. She was employed with Community Health Network for 10 years, this past year. Sherry was also huge on education, earning her Associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College in 2013 and she recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Sherry lived a life that she loved, full of shopping, gardening, traveling and spending time with her children, grandchildren and family. She was a Pizza Connoisseur!! Sherry was also a collector of many things, she enjoyed collecting magnets, glass ornaments, plants, bells and wind chimes. Sherry Lynn Stingley departed this life on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Her husband, Versean Stingley and grandson, Keyon Malone Jones preceded her in death. She is survived by her children: Kourtney Porter (Jasmine), Ashley Stingley (Stephen Malone Jones) and Shiann Stingley; grandchildren, Kaiden Malone Jones 'Weet Baby/Loveable Huggable' and Nyla Malone Jones 'Buttercup of Love'; mother, Deborah Whitelow; sisters, Latoria Addison (Terrell) and Crystal Porter; nephews: Deontae Addison, Tylan Myles and Audrice Addison; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family. Sherry was very proud of her children and simply adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Her beautiful smile and friendly personality will be abundantly missed by many. This is not a good-bye Sherry, but a see you later. Continue to watch over us and protect us with your angel wings. Your legacy will live on through your children and your beautiful grandchildren and we will never forget you. Thank you for being a special part of so many lives.
