Sherice Michelle Hudson

Mrs. Sherice Michelle Hudson was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 7,1975 to Pamela Gee and Jan Williams. She was the only child for ten years before receiving her brother Henry. She was preceded in death by both parents; brother, Henry Franklin Jr.; grandmother, Josephine Cole Smith; and loved ones in peace.

Sherice attended Indianapolis Public Schools and later went to get her CNA license which she held the last 25+ years taking care of dementia patients. Sherice worked for Harrison Terrace where she passed her training course to become an Activity Director, which is the position she held before her death. 

Sherice had a strong love for working as an Activity Director. She was a helping hand whenever, no matter the time or place and whoever needed it. Sherice was a joy and pleasure to be around. She loved hosting gatherings to bring everyone together, she loved to see everyone smile and love on them. Sherice loved shopping, listening to music, watching crime documentaries and especially loving on her grandbabies, all of them. Sherice was a hard worker and an honest soul. She was a loving wife, mother, granny, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, daughter, and great friend. Family members enjoyed calling her love filled nickname, “Bam”!

Sherice married the love of her life, Wayne Hudson, on April 20, 2019, and shared an unbreakable bond with him since 2006.

On Saturday, January 4, 2025, Sherice M. Hudson was called home to be with the Lord at the young age of 49 years.

Sherice leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Wayne Hudson; five children, three boys: Tyrel Williams, Tarrell Williams, and Tyrice Williams; two daughters, Sherriae Williams (Kayla) and Sherria Williams; sisters: Janice Williams, Jaena Simmons, Collette Butts, and Sharon Williams; brothers, Jan Williams Jr. and Steven Williams; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
