Robert W. James

Robert Watson James, the son of late Nathan and Mary Gray, was born May 2, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Robert confessed a hope in Christ at a middle age in Calvary Temple Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Robert worked at Carrier for 26 years. Robert worked as a material associate and the grievance committee. Robert was then promoted to the Vice - President of the USW Local 1999 eventually moving to President. Robert Watson James departed this life on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the age of sixty- five years old to go home to the Lord. Robert was preceded in death by one brother (Kevin Eric James), Mother (Mary Etta Gray), and Father (Nathan Gray). He leaves to cherish his memory wife Teresa James, Daughter Jasmine Bussey, Step-daughter Misty Hammond, Grandson Reggie, Sister Annette Nowlin, two nieces Aysia Nowlin (John Ramsey Jr) and Aleia Nowlin, three Aunts Doris James, Lucille James, Terry James, host of cousins, loving relatives, his work family Vickie and friends.
