He was always the life of the party. He enjoyed playing cards, reading books and playing his music. His favorite food was barbecue ribs. Robert enjoyed grilling out and feeding people and every year he would throw a huge end of the summer cookout and invite all his family members and friends.
Robert met his wife, Karin (Demmings) Haynes, in 1983 and united in Holy Matrimony in 1985. From this union two daughters, Kara and Heather, were born. Robert also had two daughters, Delfine and Nicole, from a previous marriage. Robert’s wife called him “Rob”, his sister called him Robert, his daughters called him “Daddy”. His employers called him “Bob”, his staff called him Mr. Haynes, his grandchildren called him Papa and his nieces and nephew called him Uncle Rocky. Robert was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him, He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Norman Haynes.
Robert took God's hand on January 23, 2025 at 6:44 PM and transitioned to his Heavenly home.
