Rev. Michael Stennis

Michael Stennis, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away 12/10/2018, at his home surrounded by his family after an extended illness. He was born August 6, 1960, in Anderson, Indiana.

Michael graduated from Highland High School, and earned an Associate's Degree in Ministry at IMI Bible College. He was retired from the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, and was a member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church Ministerial Staff

He is survived by his wife, Seta Stennis, Father, Ozell Stennis, Daughter, Heather Stennis, Son, Immanuel Stennis, Stepdaughter, Daneshia Thomas, Sisters; Patricia Stennis, Dorothy Brown, Audrey Stennis, and Brandy Stennis, all of Anderson, Brothers; Ozelee (Regina) Stennis, Tommy (Belinda) Stennis, all of Anderson, Jimmy (Latashia) Stennis, of Fort Wayne, Jamie Coles, 6 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Services will be held at 1100 Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 1003 West 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The viewing will precede the services at 1000 on the same day.
