Nancy Marie Blackwell

Nancy Marie (Hall) Blackwell, affectionately called “Nan” and “Mamaw”, was born October 25, 1948 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Shep and Marie Hall.

She was united in marriage to Charles Blackwell on November 14, 1981. Together they shared 35 years until Charles’ passing on August 28, 2020.

Nancy was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother and Mamaw. She enjoyed being outdoors where she loved landscaping her yard, gardening, and planting beautiful flowers. 

Nancy Marie Blackwell departed this life on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Her parents; brother, Frederick L. Hall and his wife, Ruby, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters: Tammy L. Hall, Deana Ann King and Nancy H. Blackwell; sons, Russel A. Blackwell and Jeffery H. Blackwell (Marianne); 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas Hall; and a host of loving family and friends.
