Marcia Lorraine Ratcliff, age 50, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016.Marcia was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Mr. James (Jimmy) H. Ratcliff and Corsetta (Maria) Ratcliff. Marcia received her formal education attending the Indianapolis Public Schools at Warren Central High School. She continued her studies at Ivy Tech Community College. She was employed as a bus driver for IPS.Marcia enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a proud mom always talking about how proud she was of her children. The love she had for them was unconditional.She always brought the sunshine in every room she'd enter. She had a smile so big and a laugh even bigger. She had a heart of gold.
