Lillie Mae Hill

Lillie M. Hill was born Lillie Mae Mosley on April 1, 1940 in Columbus, Mississippi. Lillie was the last child born of 19 children.

Lillie loved to sing for the Lord, she was known in the city of Indianapolis as part of gospel groups such as The Corinthian Singers and The Singing Sisters. 

Lillie loved everyone she met and would feed anyone looking for a meal. She spent years volunteering at various pantries across the city with a warm smile, but she would not mind telling you the straight truth.

Lillie Mae Hill departed from this side on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Maclin; son in-law, Rudolph Maclin Sr.;, grandson, Rudolph Maclin Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
