Kelli Shawnta Scott

Kelli Shawnta Scott was the daughter of Karen E. McKinney. She was born November 24, 1983 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kelli Received her GED and later became a Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA).

Kelli was a loving mother, daughter, sister, auntie, niece, cousin and friend. She was a very content young lady who loved to cook, work and shop. Those who were close to her knew her as a kindhearted person and one to speak her mind. Kelli was also a very compassionate human being who was always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need.

Ms. Kelli Shawnta Scott departed this life on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the age of 36 years, much too soon for those who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Jamal Lane, Kavon Scott, Kaniese Williams, Kaliyah Scott, Jazlin Scott and Janiah Price; mother, Karen E. McKinney; brothers: Kevin McKinney, Terrence Scott, Korey Booker, Kajuan McKinney and Joseph Scott; sisters, Kristina Johnson and Regina Brooks; Kelli also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.

Kelli will clearly be missed by her relatives and friends who sincerely look forward to laughing with her again when they join her in heaven.
