Judith Ann Burns

Judith Ann Burns, age 59, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016.

Judith was born in Indianapolis, IN the 8th of 12 children, and attended Arlington High School.

She provided care for the children in the family. She loved the children in her family.

'Auntie Judy' or 'Bannie' as her loved ones called her, loved being around her family. She loved cooking for family gatherings and having a good time. Her door was always open to anyone who needed her. Judy was a loving person. She was very, very outspoken, but had a heart of gold.

Bannie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

She leaves to cherish her memory: 3 daughters, Melissa Henson, Tamika Walker and Shenna Henson; 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 2 brothers, 8 sisters and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 12 Noon until 2pm at Victory Temple COGIC, 5353 Millersville Rd. Funeral service will follow at 2pm. Interment will be in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
