Joseph Manson

Joseph Manson, age 86 passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016.Joe was born in Clarksville, TN and was the fifth of six children. He received his education in Montgomery County schools. He confessed his love for Christ at an early age at Woodlawn Baptist Church. Joe enlisted to the United Sates Air Force from 1945 to 1948 after which he moved to Long Beach, California. Joe embraced life and had a strong love for his family and he lived his last days in Indianapolis, IN.He leaves with his memories two children, son; Joseph Manson, Jr. (Melody) and daughter; Patricia Manson, brother; Thomas Lee Manson and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Monday, February 1st from 9am until 10am at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals 5811 East 38th Street. Funeral service will follow at 10am. Interment will be in Marion National Cemetery.
