Jeffrey L. 'Big Jeff' Fisher

Jeffrey Lane Fisher was born on October 2, 1962 in Indianapolis,Indiana. As a young teenager, heprofessed his faith in Jesus Christ at Pilgrim Baptist Church. He received his education at School 89,School 71, and John Marshall High School on east side of Indianapolis. Jeff was a great athlete and played footballall through his school age year including with Arlington Squires and JohnMarshall Patriots. Jeff obtained his cosmetology license fromIndiana Barber College and opened his own beauty and barber salon, Tru Styles& Kutts, on the city's east side near 25^th and ShermanDrive. Jeff was also had a talent fordrawing and painting. Jeff went on towork at several distribution centers during the following years, including ConAgraFoods as a forklift driver.

In 1983, Jeff married Terri Tooley of Indianapolis. Together they shared many years together and wereblessed with a daughter, Kayla Fisher, in 1984. Jeff was blessed and found love once again. He was united in holy matrimony to DebraLayne in 2007. They shared their livestogether along with her son, Julian Wyllie. Jeff was devoted to his family and loved spending time with hisgrandchildren. He enjoyed watchingsports especially college and pro football. Jeff also enjoyed playing board games and watching old Viking warmovies.

Jeffrey Lane Fisher departed this life on December 24, 2016 at the ageof fifty-four years, two months, and twenty-two days. He leaves to cherish his memories, hisdevoted wife, Debra Layne-Fisher; step son, Julian Wyllie; daughter, KaylaFisher; mother, Corinne Fisher; brother, Timothy Fisher (Starrese); stepbrother, Troy Fisher (Natalie); nephews, Tyler Fisher and Trey Fisher;grandchildren, Malaysia Fisher, Darryl Fisher, D'Asya Benning, Tylan Benning,and Myelle Benning; a host of other relatives and many friends.
