Janice Marie (Wilson) Davis

Janice Marie (Wilson) Davis, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.Janice graduated from George Washington High School in 1967 and she also attended Ball State University. She was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's Board. She had a passion for visiting the sick and shut-in whether they were at home, in the hospital or nursing home. She'd travel any way she could to make her visits.Janice once ran for a position on the Wayne Township School Board and remained very active within the Wayne Township School District and in the Haughville community. She knew so many people and took great pleasure in keeping everyone up on all events, current and past...especially those in Haughville. Janice was proud of her children and often spoke about them and their accomplishments.She will truly be missed by all.Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Friday, January 15th from 10am until 12 noon at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church 1301 N. Goodlet Ave. Funeral service will follow at Noon. Interment will be in New Crown Cemetery.
