Itsuko "June" Adams

Itsuko “June” Ota-Adams was born January 30, 1933, in Hokkaido, Japan to Hiroshi and Hisa Ota.
“JUNE” as she was called by family and friends, attended schools in Hokkaido, Japan where she received her High School diploma.
In 1957, she was united in Holy Matrimony to John Adams Sr., who was in the U.S. Army at Camp Zama in Hokkaido, Japan. They later relocated to the United States. To this union five children were born.
JUNE recently accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.
JUNE was a vibrant, feisty, energetic loving mother. She loved her family and never missed a beat. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She loved knitting, playing cards, traveling, shopping, and a clean house. Her favorite stores were JCPenney and Walmart. She also loved watching Western movies, listening to music, and drinking her diet Pepsi.
JUNE was employed with Defense Finance and Accounting Service in the Environmental Services Department. She also worked for Bulldog Cleaning Services and General Electric.
Itsuko “June Ota-Adams departed this earthly life on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the age of 89 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents Hiroshi and Hisa Ota; one son, Chico Adams Sr.; two granddaughters, Tomiko Workman-Adams and Jakobi Adams.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: three daughters, Betty Adams, Denise Adams, and Kim Adams; one son, John Adams Jr.; thirteen grandchildren, Itsuko Flynn, Miko Adams, Tyrone Gilbert, Ivory (Ericka) Bryant, ChiQuita (Jermaine) Williams, John Adams Jr., LaDonna Adams, Ronnie Williams, Kiyoshi Cooper, Ryan Williams, Kiosha Adams, Chico (Amanda) Adams Jr., and Yoshi (Gerrod) Patterson; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and devoted friends.
