Harry Sedric Taliefer, IV, affectionately known as 'Man Man', was born December 18, 2004 to Shawnta Winston and Harry Taliefer, III in Indianapolis, Indiana. From the age of 2, Harry was cared for and eventually adopted by his aunt and uncle, Tiffany and William Conn.
He was baptized at the age of 6 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, where he also participated in youth choir and basketball.
Harry attended Cedar Elementary School, West Newton Elementary School, and most recently Decatur Middle School where he was entering 8th grade.
He loved to watch and play football and played for the Southside Wolverines. Harry also loved to sing but hated to perform on camera. He loved dancing and was great at performing all the latest dances. Harry aspired to be a police officer.
Harry Sedric Taliefer, IV departed this life on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the tender young age of 13. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Alma Curry.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his aunt and uncle, Will and Tiffany Conn; his parents Shawnta Winston and Harry Taliefer, III; five brothers, Christopher Taliefer, Keondre Winston, William Conn, Jr., Sedric Taliefer, and Kendrick Taliefer; three sisters, Princess Winston, Shania Taliefer, and Trinity Conn; his grandparents, Rebecca Stafford (Sherman), Phillip Winston, Kathy Curry-McGhee (John), Anthony Williams (Theresa), and Diana Wilkins; his special Nana, Gwendolyn Williams; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
