Faye E. Turner was born in Oxford, Mississippi on May 2, 1950, to Willie Floyd and Mattie Sisk. Faye professed a hope in Christ at an early age. Faye was a member of Faith Powerhouse Apostolic Church for many years.
Faye truly believed in family and taking care of her brothers as she promised her mom she would always do. She was known for one of the best cooks and she would feed anyone. Very generous and did not mind sharing and giving to others even when she did not have much. That is what made her unique and special.
Faye was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, singing, playing the guitar, and enjoyed having her children and nieces as the background singers. She also enjoyed traveling with her sisters and brothers. Faye’s favorite phase was: “GOD HAS THE LAST SAY”.
Faye is preceded in death by her late husband, Willie L. Turner; daughter, Carol L. Turner; grandson, Christopher Lampkin; sisters, Willie M Lampkin, Ruth M. Sisk and Julie M. Barr; brothers, George E. Sisk, Tommy Lee Sisk, Leo Sisk, Johnny C. Sisk, Earl D. Sisk, Willie F. Sisk Jr and Willie L. Sisk.

Turner; son, Terry L. Turner; grand-daughter Kyla Turner; nephew, Travis Sisk and 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, sister, Betty Dye, brother, Glenn B.
