Ervin P. Scott

Mr. Ervin P. Scott, Jr., 73, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.Ervin moved to Indianapolis in 1963. He was employed at the Cottage House for several years. He later moved to Ridge Carpet Company, where he drove trucks for 6 years. Ervin then opened his own carpet company. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and boating.He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Lillie B. Scott; two sons, Kenny and Ervin Scott; three daughters, Patricia, Felecia and Regina Scott; brother, Grady Scott; sister, Lavesta Jones; seven step-daughters, Gloria Sheppard, Ludoris Rogers, Linda Sheppard, Daisy Warren, Theresa Sheppard, Hawatha Coleman and LaShell Sheppard; three step-sons, Stevie Sheppard, Leon Flemming and Terry Sheppard and a host of other family members and many friends.Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 5th from 11am until service time of 12 noon at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals, 5811 E. 38th Street. Interment-New Crown Cemetery
