Erica Larae Evans

Our beloved Erica departed this life on January 18, 2021. She was funny, outgoing and the life of the party.

Erica loved to make others happy and to ensure they were well taken care of. She loved to cook and even more so she loved to eat. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Jazara Evans; mother, Sharon Evans; sister, Monica Evans-Gray; aunt, Pamela Evans-Brown; uncles, Gilbert Evans and George Evans IV; bonus siblings: George Evans V, Jazmyne King and Shanna Merriweather; and a host of family and friends.

Her wings were ready, but our hearts were not.  We await the day that we will reunite.
