Earnestine 'Stine' Spencer

Earnestine 'Stine' Spencer, age 64 passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016.'Stine' was born in Memphis, Tennessee to Peachie Mae Spencer.She attended Carleville High School in Memphis until 1970 when she relocated to Indianapolis.She retired from BMG in 2003 after many years of service as a mail clerk. 'Stine' enjoyed listening to music, watching sports and having long conversations with family and friends.'Stine' was the epitome of a beautiful soul. She was firm but gracious and willing to help anyone that needed her. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Michael (Katrena) Spencer; brothers, Robert (Jeanette) Brown and Percy Spencer; sisters, Joyce Spencer and Valenica Hightower; five grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Monday, February 8th, from 11 am until service time of 12 noon at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals-Faith Chapel, 5811 E. 38th Street. Interment will be in New Crown Cemetery.
