Curtis J. Glenn was born on September 5, 1958 in Orrville, Alabama, the son of James and Bertha Glenn. He received his primary and secondary education through Indianapolis Public Schools.
Curtis confessed his faith in Christ at an early age at Macedonia Baptist Church and Baptized 1967.
Curtis enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 17, and was a skilled Marksman . He was employed at Carnevale Tile and Terrazzo for 15 years in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he also studied to be an electrical engineer. Curtis was knowledgeable in many subjects and was scouted to swim for the United States Olympics swim team in Canada.
Curtis loved his family. He was a good provider, classy dresser, loyal friend, intelligent and reserved. Curtis was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Curtis J. Glenn departed his life on August 15, 2022 at the age 63 years, and 11 months old after a long battle with illness.
Curtis leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Lisa Glenn, his parents James and Bertha Glenn, one daughter Holly Murray (Maurice), one brother, Charles Glenn (Phyllis), two sisters, Karen Lewis who is affectionately called Susie (Darryl), and Sharon Glenn, three step sons, Brandon Jewel, Antwon Ingram (Tuesday), and Darren Johnson who proceeded him in death, 4 grandchildren, and 9 step grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
