MR. CHARLES STINNETT, SR. was born December 2, 1958, to R.W. and Sylvia Cheatham Stinnett.

CHARLES received his primary and secondary education from the Indianapolis Public School system. He graduated from Emmerich Manual High School.  Throughout his career, he worked for IPS school district and FedEx until retirement.

CHARLES enjoyed spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, fascinated with cars, and going fishing.

CHARLES was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, R.W. Stinnett, Jr. and Willie L. Stinnett, sisters Vernice Rollins and Barabra J. Williams and son Charles “Chuckie” Stinnett, Jr.

Mr. CHARLES STINNETT, SR. departed this life at the age of 64 years on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

CHARLES leaves many to cherish his love and memory including his two sons, Jovan Stinnett and Jeffery Gilliard; several grandchildren, brothers, Dennis (Mira) Stinnett, Sr., George Stinnett, Vernon Stinnett; seven sisters Lula Stinnett, Emma (Michael) Boykin, Esther Stinnett, Roberta Hayes, Sheila (Anthony) Bradley, Viola (Jimmie) Spivey, Eleanor Stinnett; plus, a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
