Carrie Mae Moore

Ms. Carrie Mae Moore, age 69, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016. Carrie Mae was born in Cleveland, Mississippi to Willie and Ave Lee Moore. She was the third of eleven children. She received her secondary education in Mississippi and later in her adult years she graduated from Martin University in Indianapolis. Carrie Mae was a great cook and was employed with MCL Cafeteria for 35 years. She received her calling and became a member of Pentecostal Mission Church of God in Christ on July 28, 2002. She is preceded in death by her parents and six brothers. Carrie Mae Moore leaves to cherish her memories: son, Harry Joe Moore (Connie), daughters, Dorothy Head and Lois Moore; 8 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a very special friend, 'Kitty' and a host of other family and friends. Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 10am until 12 Noon at Pentecostal Mission Church of God In Christ, 5353 E. 34th Street. Funeral service will follow at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
