Bettie Jean Hobson Webb

Bettie Jean Webb, 78, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015.She was born May 4, 1937 and was preceeded in death by her parents James and Mabel Hobson. She graduated from Shortridge H.S. and had been employed by the IPS school system as a classroom assistant. Bettie was a member of Bethel AME Church, Indianapolis, where she sang in the church choir for many years. Bettie is survived by her daughter, Bettie Elaine Webb; son, James Eddie Webb; grandchildren, James II, Tevin and Quintin, and great-grandchildren, Jerrell and Janiah.Family and Friends Visitation will be on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Bethel AME Church, 414 W. Vermont St., Indianapolis from 10am until 12 Noon, with services at 12 Noon. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
